a few of them are actually good but overall, i'm still bummed she won. i had a feeling she would because of vogue italia and the trend that high end european fashion is going in. if the cover was for 17 or something that wasn't quite as high fashion all the time (even a different vogue!) i think chelsey could have won. you can tell sometimes that ann is just luck with her face and the photographer captures the right moment. let's see where she goes in the future!! it better be to good places.
