I was at Macy's this weekend and saw the long awaited 45 piece Karl Lagerfeld for Impulse collection. This collection is comprised of flirty dresses–some feminine and floral, others crisper and more severe–thick tweedy separates (shorts and vests) and faux leather jackets. The simpler black and white dresses with sharp white collars stood out (they seemed the most Chanel-like). Prices start at $49 and go upwards to $169. However the average dress is about $79 - very affordable and stays in line with Macy's Impulse price structure and quality.
