Ipsy - November 2014

Just received my November Ipsy subscription pink bag. 

This months theme is girl meets glitter.  Here what I received.

Full Size Bomb shell eye base in submissive which looks like a gold metallic cream (retails: $14.00)

One sample size of Tempu highlighter in pearl pink. The best way to describe this... It's like high tech body glitter. 

Tempu is made with a silicone formula means this highlighter stays put. Plus, it’s oil-free, hypoallergenic, and noncomedogenic, so it won’t clog pores. Basically, you would use this to highlight features. 

The illuminating possibilities are many: lightly dab onto the apples of cheeks and blend toward the temples for a radiant complexion, apply a small amount to the inner corners of your eyes and across brow bones to brighten your eyes, add onto the cupid’s bow of the lip and across the bottom of the chin for fuller-looking lips, or blend with body lotion for an all-over glow.

Sample size Bye bye under eye by it cosmetics. It's an under eye concealer that's suppose to last 8 hours.  It's full coverage, waterproof and anti aging.  Basically a miracle In a tiny tube.  (full size  retails: $24.00 - I'll the sample size is like $5.00)  

Sample size of Argon oil hair spray.  I've never heard of anything like this so I'm actually kind of excited to try this out.  (full size  retails: $8.00 - I'll the sample size is like $2.00)  

And of course everything came in this cute little silver glitter make up bag with a pink zipper.

Overall pretty happy with this bag, I paid $10.00 for this bag and I probably relieved $25.00 worth of stuff...  I wish I had gotten the J.Cat lip paint which is missing... but as I mention before, we'll see how their customer service is.   

There's a few interesting things to try and few things to give away.  But that's what subscription boxes are all about.  Trying new things and getting a happy surprise in the mail. 

If you're thinking about subscribing to Ispy and on the fence... for $10.00 a month, I t personally think it's worth the risk. :)

update 11.28.2014

So after I contacted their customer service through the website, I heard back from them about 2 days latter.  The rep was very nice and let me know that the item I was missing would be mailed to me shortly.  That same day, I received confirmation that an item was being shipped to me.  I just received the lip stain on Monday.  

The color looks a bit dark but I haven't tried it yet... so who knows....

So the over all experience with Ispy has been really great.  I like what they have to offer and the customer service is really nice.  Like I said in my pervious review, $10.00 is well worth this subscription box :)
